**Hiring Maintenance Technicians in Littleton, CO** Maintenance Technicians will work independently and with a team to support and improve automated equipment in the entire facility. They will perform complex troubleshooting for automated manufacturing equipment, including software, electrical, pneumatic, camera, and hydraulic systems. They will maintain and accurately follow protocols/procedures and maintenance work logs. Technicians will also provide support to onsite operators and mechanics outside of normal business hours, as well as work direction and training for less experienced mechanics and technicians. **Pay: $30.00hr - $40.00hr (based on experience)** **Shift: 1st or 3rd shift, 4 x 12 hour shifts** **Job Responsibilities:** + Perform complex troubleshooting for automated manufacturing equipment, including software, electrical, pneumatic, camera, and hydraulic systems. + Maintain and accurately follow protocols/procedures and maintenance work logs. + Provide support to onsite operators and mechanics outside of normal business hours. + Provide work direction and training for less experienced mechanics and technicians. + Partner with engineering to develop and execute process validations. + Develop standards, tools, and methods and provide or write documentation required by the department. + Build and repair equipment as applicable. + Use Solid Edge/Solid Works or other equivalent 3D modeling software to design, create drawings, and have parts manufactured. + Identify a wide range of trends or problems and help solve or direct their solution and/or interpret and recommend actions. **Essential Skills:** + Experience in design and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and/or software systems. + Skills in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. + PLC troubleshooting experience. + Experience in the medical device industry preferred. + Experience in the fabrication of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and assemblies preferred. + Experience in high-speed automation. **Why Work Here?** + Join a team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in automated equipment. + Enjoy opportunities for professional growth, supportive training, and collaboration with engineering teams. + Experience a culture that values your contributions and offers a great work-life balance. **Work Environment:** + Work in a cleanroom environment where smocking up is required. + There are openings on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts.
