**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position is crucial to the overall reliability and performance of manufacturing and infrastructure equipment. The Industrial Maintenance Technician's primary purpose is to maintain plant equipment at optimum efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other equipment-related issues. The position also includes developing and training lower-level maintenance technicians, machine operators, and helpers to improve machine efficiencies. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance and repair of sprockets, pumps, and all related equipment such as bearings, shafts, chains, conveyors, and belts. + Perform routine maintenance and repair associated with Hyperbaric HPP equipment. + Perform routine maintenance and repair of steam, pneumatic, water, hydraulic, and other related piping equipment. + Use and interpret schematics and blueprints related to mechanical and electrical equipment within the facility. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and resolve identified issues/problems. + Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions with little or no supervision. + Demonstrate working knowledge of lockout/tagout and confined space entry procedures. + Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance database records. + Pursue ongoing personal development, including staying current on maintenance techniques. + Participate in safety and housekeeping programs. + Perform other duties as directed by the Plant Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Level A Technician. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical troubleshooting + Preventive maintenance + Repair + Understanding of schematics and blueprints + Knowledge of lockout/tagout and confined space entry procedures **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a food or beverage regulated environment is ideal. + Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and growing team where your skills and expertise will be valued.
