**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on equipment and related plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components that make up the facility. This role requires PLC familiarity, experience with 480 volt and 3 phase motors, and preferred experience with Rockwell systems. You will work with pumps, agitators, steam inject machines, small packaging machines, and more. We use a CMMS to manage work orders. You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager for proper direction, interpretation, and evaluation. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on facility equipment. + Handle plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. + Work with 480 volt and 3 phase motors. + Operate and maintain pumps, agitators, steam inject machines, and small packaging machines. + Utilize a CMMS to manage work orders. + Report to the Maintenance Manager for direction and evaluation. **Essential Skills** + Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Familiarity with PLCs. + Experience with 480 volt and 3 phase motors. + Preferred experience with Rockwell systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Recent graduates from electromechanical industrial maintenance programs, such as Ranken, are encouraged to apply. **Why Work Here?** As you learn and master each skills block, you will earn $1 more per hour. You must test and pass the skills block to earn the additional pay. **Work Environment** You will work in a non-climate controlled, loud manufacturing plant. This is a second shift opening from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential additional hours on Saturdays. Training will be conducted from 7:00am to 3:30pm for the first month. You will be part of a 3-person maintenance team. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
