Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum one year prior maintenance experience.  Must be able to do wall repairs and painting Maryland Driver's license preferred On call rotation (weekends included in on call rotation)  Every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed.  Must be available for unexpected emergenices Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year)

Position is on the evening shift but training is on the day shift (up to a month)
