This includes, but is not limited to painting, plumbing, minor electrical, millwork,etc. Duties also involve management of Advent Health Medical Group warehouse and its inventory of equipment (mechanical, electrical) and furnishings. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Assesses and plans with Office Managers, Assistant Managers and Advent Health Medical Group Administration, office maintenance needs. + Performs monthly inspection of facilities and implements any necessary repairs in order to maintain Advent Health Medical Group facilities to desired standards. + Assists with maintaining each Advent Health Medical Group facility, interior/exterior, and non-technical equipment.This may include projects in the building such as painting, minor remodeling and basic plumbing repairs. + Completes and forwards to Supervisor, Advent Health Medical Group Maintenance Log which details daily jobs/projects performed during the week. + Ability to demonstrate safe and effective use of equipment needed to perform daily maintenance, repair or remodeling needs such as; saws, drills, and other minor equipment.Performs routine maintenance on such equipment to keep in good working order. + Collects and analyzes pricing from various vendors.Before obtaining needed supplies from outside vendors, seeks Office Manager/Supervisor approval on repairs when applicable. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** : + High school graduate or equivalent + Three (3) years experience **Preferred qualifications:** + Three (3) to five (5) years experience This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
