**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment. The technician conducts routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs while adhering to safety standards and operational excellence. By proactively addressing equipment needs and troubleshooting issues, the Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and maintaining high production efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment as scheduled, following manufacturer recommendations and CMMS instructions. + Replace coolant, oils, and other fluids according to prescribed schedules, utilizing maintenance manuals and schematics. + Diagnose, repair, and replace worn parts, addressing mechanical and electrical breakdowns in a timely and effective manner. + Ensure adherence to all safety standards, policies, and procedures. Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment, proactively addressing potential safety risks. + Assist with the installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment to meet operational requirements. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
