**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Performs preventative maintenance, normal maintenance, and emergency and normal repairs on plant equipment including conveyors, slicing, labeling, and packaging equipment. Fabricates and installs various pieces of equipment and rebuilds equipment as necessary including machining and fabricating. Performs pipe fitting, plumbing, electrical, electronic installations and repairs with other mechanics. Ensures all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring quality product is produced and continuous improvement. Some areas of the plant are refrigerated and temperature-controlled, with a slight smell of vinegar. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodstock, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
