**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, designing new systems, and ensuring that maintenance schedules are adhered to. This role requires a strong background in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to lead and coach others.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide duties to department personnel and monitor adherence to maintenance schedules.
+ Consult with personnel regarding equipment information such as capacity, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical requirements and capacities.
+ Help design electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and new equipment.
+ Work directly with team to build new tooling and equipment, including setup and first run production.
+ Repair equipment as needed and help make or find precision parts and fabricate fixtures and machinery.
+ Perform arc and wire feed welding.
+ Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment.
+ Analyze electrical schematic problems.
+ Routinely work with electrical voltages from 120-480 and 90-25 VDC controls.
+ Help design and install conduit and electrical circuits.
+ Direct and perform routine preventative maintenance functions.
+ Provide maintenance on buildings and grounds.
+ Ensure that the department is organized, neat, and clean, and that all safety procedures are followed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Excellent electrical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Previous experience with OSHA Safety Standards including lockout/tagout and Hazcom.

**Work Environment**
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Steel toe shoes are required for this position. Training will be on 1st shift (6a-4:30p Mon-Thur with OT on Friday) for the first few months before transferring to 2nd shift (4p-3:30a Mon-Thur with OT on Friday).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Belton, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
