**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations. **Responsibilities** + Perform minor building repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. + Implement preventative maintenance measures. + Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. + Complete inspections of office and shop as needed. + Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol. + Perform other maintenance duties as requested. + Accurately clock in and out of jobs using an electronic clocking system. + Read and understand manufacturing orders. + Use and read various types of measuring equipment with a high degree of accuracy. + Operate various hand tools, tooling fixtures, and machines, such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears. + Work on multiple tasks as required. + Be punctual and reliable. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + HVAC + OSHA safety + Maintenance technician + Manufacturing process + Mechanical + Pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + Schematic reading + Blueprint reading + Repair + Inspection reporting + Preventative/corrective maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma/GED required. + Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted. + Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including CNC machines, Bridgeport Mills. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Able to work well with minimal supervision. + Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility where teamwork and flexibility are highly valued.
