**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing 480v 3-phase systems, reading schematics and ladder logic, and making minor adjustments to PLCs. The equipment you'll work with includes hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, electrical components/boards, CNC machinery, routers, saws, wrappers, and presses. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and comfortable working in dusty environments. Weekend work and overtime may be required as necessary. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance + Troubleshoot and repair 480v 3-phase systems + Read and interpret schematics and ladder logic + Make minor adjustments to PLCs + Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, electrical components/boards, CNC machinery, routers, saws, wrappers, and presses + Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently + Work in a dusty environment + Be available for weekend work and overtime as necessary **Essential Skills** + Multi-craft industrial maintenance experience up to 480v 3-phase + Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics + PLC troubleshooting experience including reading and interpreting ladder logic, checking inputs, outputs, and faults + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Open to traveling between buildings (mileage reimbursement available) + Able to work overtime and weekends as needed + Possess own tools **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhart, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Elkhart,IN. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
