**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Responsible for maintaining and performing preventive maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems. Work includes mixing, extruders, refrigeration, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silos. Tasks involve replacing, rotating, inspecting, and changing parts of industrial machines, connecting power to machines, installing motors, and rewiring motors. The role also requires reading blueprints and schematics, moving machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies, performing welding on steel and aluminum materials, running conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines, and fabricating parts using a drill press. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems. + Work with and maintain mixing, extruders, refrigeration, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silos. + Replace, rotate, inspect, and change parts of industrial machines. + Connect power to machines, install motors, and rewire motors. + Read blueprints and schematics. + Move machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies. + Perform welding on steel and aluminum materials. + Run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines. + Fabricate parts using a drill press, including cutting out holes and making parts. **Essential Skills** + Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on automated equipment. + Experience with assembly equipment (conveyors) and building industrial equipment. + Experience rebuilding 3-phase motors. + Ability to troubleshoot and replace motors, gears, and pumps on industrial machinery. + Experience troubleshooting PLCs, including drives. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience installing conduit and electrical wiring. + Food and beverage + Possess own hand tools (power tools provided by the company). **Why Work Here?** This is a great opportunity for someone seeking overtime, as contractors routinely work 60 hours per week. Employees work in a team with 1 supervisor and 3 technicians per shift. Direct Hire; health, dental, vision, life insurance.
