**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The work schedule is Monday-Saturday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Production halts at 10:00 PM, so most maintenance work, preventive maintenance (PM), and projects are conducted from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM before the first shift begins. **Responsibilities** + Perform 80% mechanical maintenance and 20% electrical maintenance throughout the facility. + Maintain and monitor conveyor systems including drive shafts, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, greasing/oiling, and other related components. + Conduct preventive maintenance, welding (TIG/MIG), plumbing/piping, refrigeration, and air compressor maintenance. + Troubleshoot electrical issues, trace and track inputs and outputs of relay logic/PLC driven/computer-driven machines (no programming). + Execute proactive PMs by walking around the facility to monitor and repair equipment. + Handle work orders for repairing or replacing parts throughout the facility. + Respond to breakdown calls and determine the appropriate response. + Document all maintenance activities in a notebook for future reference. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of experience in conveyor maintenance including PMs, drive shafts, gearboxes, sprockets, cams, chains, oiling/greasing, and motors. + 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, welding, refrigeration, plumbing/piping, and machinery. + 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience with relay/PLC systems, trace and track, and viewing programs (no programming). + Ability to take detailed notes regarding daily maintenance activities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the food/baking industry. + Refrigeration experience. + Plumbing/piping experience. + Welding experience (TIG and MIG). **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and close-knit work environment.
