**Maintenance Technician** Currently hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manteno, IL area. Hiring immediately. **Shift:** 2nd and 3rd shift available. Training on 1st shift 5:30am-2pm. 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:30pm 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am **Job Description:** + Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair mixers, blenders, packaging machinery, filling machinery, conveyors, etc. + Work with up to 480V systems and utilize a volt meter, blueprints, and schematics. + Perform welding and fabricating as necessary. + Work with pneumatic and hydraulic machinery. + Handle general facilities maintenance when required. + 5+ years of maintenance technician experience. + Experience with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Experience working with up to 480V systems and utilizing a volt meter. + Possession of own tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + PLC experience. + Welding/Fabricating experience. + Experience in food industry. + Experience with liquids mixing/filling. **Work Environment:** Candidates will be working on the production floor alongside other technicians, machine operators, and laborers. The facility is clean and organized, with ongoing internal changes and equipment upgrades aimed at increasing automation. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays/weekends as needed. **Job Type & Location:** This is a Permanent position based out of Manteno, Illinois **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
