**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform industrial maintenance on production equipment. This role will primarily involve reactive maintenance, but the plant manager aims to transition towards more preventative maintenance (PM) practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to help set up a PM program and maintenance schedule. The equipment you will work with includes dust collectors, hoppers, conveyors, bag fillers, palletizers, and a variety of pneumatics and compressors. **Responsibilities** + Perform industrial maintenance on production equipment. + Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical issues. + Implement and manage a preventative maintenance (PM) program using CMMS. + Rebuild gearboxes and other mechanical components. + Maintain and repair pneumatics and compressors. + Ensure the proper functioning of dust collectors, hoppers, conveyors, bag fillers, and palletizers. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. + Experience with CMMS systems. + Ability to perform preventative maintenance. + Skills in rebuilding gearboxes. + Knowledge of pneumatics and compressors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with conveyors and other industrial equipment. + Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. + Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits including full 401k, bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
