**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** On a day-to-day basis, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance and handling emergency breakdowns on all production equipment. This role involves troubleshooting various production equipment, primarily fabrication machines, welding guard rails, fabricating components, and reading and interpreting drawings and prints. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will maintain HVAC systems and forklifts, upgrade and repair machinery as needed, and handle repairs on conveyors, pumps, and some electrical systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular preventive maintenance on all production equipment. + Handle emergency breakdowns efficiently. + Troubleshoot and repair various production equipment, mainly fabrication machines. + Weld guard rails and fabricate components. + Read and interpret technical drawings and prints. + Maintain and repair HVAC systems and forklifts. + Upgrade and fix machinery as required. + Repair conveyors, pumps, and some electrical systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience with troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, machines, and some electrical systems in a manufacturing setting. + Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs. + Proficiency in welding and fabricating components. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints. + Knowledge of HVAC systems maintenance. + Experience in maintaining and repairing forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in an air-conditioned, recently updated building equipped with new equipment.
