**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team on the third shift. This position will involve a combination of preventative maintenance and repairing of equipment. Given the minimal production on the third shift, this role allows for thorough preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine (preventive/predictive) and/or reactive (corrective/breakdown) maintenance on production and facility equipment.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
+ Perform plumbing repairs as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and repair various equipment effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience within industrial, commercial, or scientific environments.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience working on the third shift preferred.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Plumbing experience is a plus.
+ Relevant certifications can supplement hands-on experience.

**Work Environment**
This position operates on the third shift from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. The work environment includes minimal production activity during these hours, allowing for focused maintenance tasks. The role involves working with a variety of equipment and systems, requiring strong experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Milford, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $70720.00/yr.
