**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st shift Maintenance Electrician. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting schematics and symbols, running and bending conduit, installing new machines, upgrading circuitry, wiring new motors, planning projects, and inspecting existing electrical systems. The machinery you'll work with includes a mix of new and old equipment, such as hoists, table saws, chop saws, CNC equipment, lamination presses, and glue systems. A positive attitude, the ability to work well with others, self-motivation, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision are essential. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret schematics and symbols + Run and bend conduit + Install new machines and upgrade circuitry + Wire up new motors and plan for projects + Inspect existing electrical systems + Troubleshoot and repair motor starters, motor controllers, and VFDs + Work with a variety of machinery including hoists, table saws, chop saws, CNC equipment, lamination presses, and glue systems **Essential Skills** + Experience installing new machines and circuits + Proficiency in running and bending conduit (98% of the job) + Heavy industrial experience up to 480v 3-phase + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and symbols **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Middlebury, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. -(2) medical insurance plan options, HSAs and FSAs, -Dental insurance, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, -401k plan with a discretionary annual match -Wellness benefits, fitness center access, on-site health clinic for employee use and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Middlebury,IN. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 7, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
