Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of urethane molding machines, as well as replacing equipment parts and systems. The role requires ensuring that equipment is clean and ready to start, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical components including pumps, valves, motors, switches, encoders, indicators, and level sensors. A strong understanding of power supplies, transformers, step down, and control voltages is essential, along with the ability to operate machines through HMIs and computer literacy.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of urethane molding machines.Replace equipment parts and systems as needed.Clean and check equipment to ensure lines are ready to start.Work with mechanical components such as pumps, valves, and motors.Handle electrical components including switches, encoders, indicators, and level sensors.Understand and manage power supplies, transformers, step down, and control voltages.Operate machines using HMIs with computer literacy.Essential SkillsMechanical maintenance from a manufacturing setting.24v-480v electrical maintenance (preferably 3-5 years).Ability to operate and reposition robotics.Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.Own hand tools and toolbox.Knowledge of hydraulics, control voltage, and electrical maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsHisotry in injection molding/extruding is relatable.Ability to weld, cut, and grind.Experience with plumbing systems.Operating/license on ACE lifts.Understanding of robotic programming.Experience with injection mold maintenance, extrusion maintenance, and FANUC/NACHI robotics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled, organized, and well-lit facility. The position operates on the 1st shift from 5am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
