Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are an industry leader in producing nonwoven products for the bedding and automotive industries. Our Fort Wayne facility specializes in manufacturing mattress components, seating components, and thermal and acoustical nonwovens used in vehicles. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift.

The role involves working with large nonwoven machines that require 4-7 operators per machine. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, disassembling equipment/tooling, repairing or replacing worn/broken parts, and reassembling as needed.

We offer an attendance bonus of $1 an hour, paid weekly. Additionally, we provide a retention bonus of $100 at 30 days, $150 at 60 days, and $250 at 90 days. Employees receive 60 hours of unpaid time, which is paid out if not used. We also offer steel toe reimbursement.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift, running from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required. You will be on call for weekends and working with large nonwoven machines in a supportive and dynamic facility

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Attendance Bonus of $1 an hour, paid weekly.
