Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting production machinery. The role involves working on Blow/Filling/Sealing/labeling machines that produce bottles filled with sterile/saline solutions. This position requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as setting up equipment and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the production process. The technician will handle production line start-up and repairs and conduct preventative maintenance. Experience troubleshooting PLCs would be beneficial.

ResponsibilitiesRepair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery.Work on Blow/Filling/Sealing/labeling machines for sterile/saline solutions.Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Set up equipment and maintain heavy documentation throughout production.Manage production line start-up and repairs.Conduct preventative maintenance.Troubleshoot PLCs as needed.Essential Skills4+ years of maintenance experience in plastics, molding, or med/pharma industries OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry.Experience with machinery set up.Proficiency in documentation and protocols.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience with blow fill seal machinery.Experience in setting up and independently running lines/equipment systems.Why Work Here?
