Job Description
Under the direction of Ownership, the Maintenance employee is responsible for building, machine, and vehicle maintenance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, including documentation.Maintain all company vehicles, including over-the-road vehicles, fork trucks, lawn tractors, man lifts, etc.Complete special projects as assigned, which may include light electrical, plumbing, or construction activities.Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents.Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Be respectful to co-workers and contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment.May be required to work overtime at short notice.May assist in Shipping & Receiving and other departments.Essential SkillsThree to five years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.High school diploma or GED.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, customer specifications, or governmental regulations.Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and expense reports.Effective communication skills with customers and other employees.Negotiation and sales contract closing skills.Mathematical skills including calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Basic algebra and geometry skills.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Database software.Valid driver's license.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust obtain lift equipment certification and OSHA training after hire.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr.
