**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventive maintenance and full maintenance repairs for building equipment and production lines. This role includes supporting the preventive maintenance program by suggesting ways to reduce downtime. The technician will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs on production machines, validate repairs with engineers, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to ensure solutions are documented and completed accordingly. Additionally, the technician will assist with changeovers and line start-ups, order parts, and communicate with vendors and outsource water line teams. **Work Environment** The work environment is a GMP environment with 3-4 production lines. The maintenance team consists of two members, and you will be the third. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, Illinois **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Union 399 - health, medical and dental. pention will be given to employees.
