Through our Give Back program, we own our commitment to Social Responsibility and live our purpose of Packaging a Better Future. **Responsibilities** **DESCRIPTION:** • Maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the plant equipment and facilities. •Includes mechanical and electrical installation, set up, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of all equipment related to plant operation, services and facilities. • Thoroughly reviews and understands all maintenance procedures including Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance procedures. • Assists in upgrades of process control equipment as new technology develops. • Maintains an understanding of control systems. • Assists the shift Operators by performing repairs on mechanical systems when neede **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS** • Thorough understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems design, troubleshooting, and repair. • Analytical, problem solving, and strong technical skills including electrical and PLC troubleshooting. • Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, motivation, planning, organizing, professionalism, quality, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, initiative, innovation. • HS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree • 3+ years maintenance experience **REQUIREMENTS** · Mechanical aptitude · Demonstrated problem-solving skills · Effective communications skills, both written and verbal · Ability to lift 50 pound **Job Locations** _US-ID-Burley_ **ID** _2025-26887_ **Category** _Operations_ **Position Type** _Full Time_ **Pay Type** _Hourly_
