You will be responsible for set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and supporting equipment. Candidates will ensure that set up and maintenance for operational performance will be done in a timely, accurate and safe manner.
Job DescriptionSet up machines, including changing out different tooling and cleaning.Perform general maintenance, including cleaning and preventative maintenance on machines.Oversee the operation of machines and ensure they run correctly.Change out and clean all tooling on the extrusion machines.Perform repairs, primarily involving hydraulic issues.Work as a machine operator when not performing maintenance tasks.Shift & Pay3rd shift: Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday (8:00pm - 8:15am)$25+ / hour based on experience levelAdditional Skills & QualificationsCompletes daily mold cleaning checklists.Examines tools, machines, and processes to optimize utilization and ensure accuracy.Works with Quality, Processing, Automation, and Tooling departments to fix higher-level problems.Preventative maintenance experience.Injection molding experience.Mechanical aptitude.Experience with mold setup and changes.Troubleshooting skills.Tooling changes.Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52416.00 - $60320.00/yr.

- 401k company match is 6%
- Employees will receive 3.33 vacation hours on the 15th of every month (accrual will increase over time).
- Four days are set back for our shutdowns, Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
- Goal Sharing Plan – employees are eligible for up to 5% of annual earnings tied to safety, EBITA, and Days on Hand Performance.
