Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide core functions for the plant's engineering and maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, maximizing equipment utilization, controlling parts inventory, managing energy and waste, identifying and justifying projects, troubleshooting processes and machines, installing equipment, and ensuring fire/loss protection. You will also manage water treatment and cooling systems, and develop/justify maintenance budgets. Additionally, you will observe production workforce activities to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance downtime and costs, communicate with outside vendors on maintenance matters, and coordinate project activities including equipment design and introduction with plant management. You will support plant management on environmental resources through waste management, pollution control, and administrative requirements, and complete necessary compliance activities associated with loss protection of the facility.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
