Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Robotic Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of our robotic systems, automated machinery, and other production equipment. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime through effective maintenance and troubleshooting strategies.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair robotic systems, automated machinery, and other production equipment.Implement and enhance preventative maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability.Support robotic programming and fine-tune systems for optimal performance.Address technical issues swiftly during production runs to minimize downtime.Train team members on assembly machines, robotic systems, and best practices.Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and efficiency.Interpret technical manuals and documents to support maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on maintenance procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency in maintenance of robotic systems, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.Experience in preventative maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.5+ years of experience in related field.Strong understanding of PLCs, automation, and hydraulic systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with robotic programming and system optimization.Ability to train and mentor team members on best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $73840.00/yr.
