Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining various systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical components. This role requires a multifaceted professional adept in multiple areas to ensure our machinery operates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance every Wednesday during a 4-hour shutdown period.Rebuild and replace machinery and equipment, such as motors.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, addressing fluid leaks, hose replacements, and cylinder rebuilds.Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, heavy overhauls, equipment movement, and replacement of components such as saw blades, servo motors, pumps, valves, hoists, hooks, pulleys, and wheels on cranes.Execute electrical troubleshooting tasks, including reading schematics, managing 480V and 24dc systems, wiring sensors, installing equipment, and resolving electrical faults.Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems from the HMI level.Manage and execute projects from inception to completion.Essential Skills:

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.50/hr.
