Maintenance Technician Wanted!
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in equipment like 3-phase motors, gearboxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings!
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair equipmentPerform routine maintenanceUse technical documentsComplete work orders on timeFollow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) proceduresOther Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on equipmentDiagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions by inspecting, operating, or testing machineryMaintain and repair machinery/components, including 3-phase motors, gearboxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipmentConduct routine preventative and predictive maintenance tasksUtilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs as necessaryRepair machines, equipment, or structures using various tools and electronic testing devicesMaintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control field devicesReview and complete work orders in a timely mannerFollow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all timesEssential Skills:
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systemsConveyor maintenanceElectrical troubleshooting up to 480vMechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, gearboxes, and conveyorsIndustrial maintenance experiencePLC troubleshootingSchematic readingPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
