Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The primary role is to repair and maintain production equipment throughout the facility, which includes extruders, flexographic printing presses, and bag making machines, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining company buildings and facilities as necessary.
ResponsibilitiesPerform data and root cause analysis and provide improvement ideas to the engineering groups.Repair and maintain highly technical equipment such as servo drive systems, PC-controlled systems, and drive integration systems.Follow guidelines for completing and routing work orders, purchase requisitions, parts availability, and vendor information in the CMMS.Repair and maintain electro-mechanical plant-specific equipment systems.Provide detailed documentation of problems on CMMS to pass along information to the incoming shift.Assist in training for operators and mechanics.Perform basic tasks in mechanical, electrical/electronics, plumbing, machinist, lubrication, millwright, work from blueprints and manuals, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Essential SkillsMechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience in manufacturing maintenance.Ability to pass the Ramsey Test.Shift and Pay3rd shift 2-2-3 Schedule 7pm-7am$30.87 per hourWhy Work Here
