Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all plant equipment by following standard work practices and procedures. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform minor electrical work, and engage in various other maintenance tasks to support the facility's operations.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Perform minor electrical work such as unwiring and rewiring direct replacement parts.Rebuild pumps and change mechanical seals.Troubleshoot and repair extrusion vacuum loading systems.Know application of hydraulic and pneumatic valves on machinery such as Punch Presses and Extruders.Rebuild and change blades on granulators and blowers.Perform preventive maintenance on Punch Presses and Extruders.Conduct hoist inspections, replace and align motors.Unjam scrap lines and change cyclone and baler filters.Comply with all plant rules, safety rules, GMP, PPE guidelines, and department work instructions.Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean work area.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
