**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. They will repair and replace faulty components, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts. The role involves conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and collaborating with production operators and other technicians to ensure smooth operations. Adherence to all safety procedures and regulations is mandatory, and maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential. The technician will also assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Overtime or weekend work may be required as needed.
