**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Contractors will be troubleshooting and repairing production equipment. There will also be a big focus on preventative maintenance (PMs) and the PM program for all production equipment. Contractors will work closely with production operators to help keep machinery up and running.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment.
+ Collaborate with production operators to ensure machinery is operational.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems up to 480v.
+ Knowledge of OSHA standards and a strong safety record.
+ 2+ years of experience following a preventative maintenance program.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a corrugated or printing environment.

**Work Environment**
The position requires working on a 3rd shift, with initial training on a split shift from 10am-6pm for a few weeks. The facility is not climate controlled but maintains a comfortable temperature during the winter and can get warm during the summer. The maintenance team is fully staffed with 8 people. The dress code includes usual maintenance attire such as steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. The facility primarily produces boxes for food companies, including pizza boxes.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
