Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of production equipment and systems within a 24/7 milk processing plant that produces cheese and whey products. This role requires knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment and machinery, with experience in fabrication and stainless TIG welding being a plus.

ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain production equipment and systems.Troubleshoot and service mechanical and electrical industrial equipment and machinery.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance programs and schedules.Operate and maintain centrifugal pumps, positive pressure pumps, separators, presses, and other equipment.Ensure safety protocols and good manufacturing practices are followed.Work with conveyors, robotics, packaging equipment, boiler and ammonia systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, pneumatic valves, PLC/VFD, sensors, and proximity switches.Participate in the upgrade of facility equipment towards more automation/instrumentation and the implementation of a new SCADA system.Perform stainless TIG welding as needed.Essential SkillsMaintenance repairHydraulicsPneumatics3 phase electrical systemsConveyorsMotorsElectrical maintenanceIndustrial maintenanceMechanical repairElectrical troubleshootingPreventive maintenanceIndustrial schematicsPLC troubleshootingWeldingAdditional Skills & Qualifications2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a dairy manufacturing environment1+ years of welding experience
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $80000.00

full time hire - DP - great company in the newman, ca with good benefits 401k, medical. This is a direct placement and will need to test into pay range.

This is a fully onsite position in Turlock,CA.
