**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Overview:** We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with basic electrical knowledge to join our maintenance team at our Tier 1 Automotive Supplier facility. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of production lines by addressing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Approximately 95% of your time will be spent resolving urgent matters. You will work with robotic welders, tube benders, and other machinery, and perform basic electrical troubleshooting using a volt meter. You will also replace components like motors, rollers, chain conveyors, photo eyes, and proxy switches. Candidates must be able to read and slightly modify Ladder Logic. **Key Responsibilities:** + Address mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems in the facility. + Operate robotic welders, tube benders, and other machinery. + Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical cabinets using a volt meter. + Replace components such as motors, rollers, chain conveyors, photo eyes, and proxy switches. + Read and make slight modifications to Ladder Logic. **Essential Skills:** + Industrial Maintenance Experience (1+ years) or Military Maintenance Experience. + Hydraulic and pneumatic experience. + Basic electrical troubleshooting (up to 24 volts). + Ability to read a meter. + PLC troubleshooting (preferred). + Just-in-time delivery experience in an automotive environment (preferred). **Why Join Us?** We offer excellent benefits, including two annual shutdowns (one paid, totaling 10 days off).
