**Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all line machines, as well as performing mechanical work when necessary. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills on electrical controls and the ability to work with various voltages and equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical issues on line machines and other equipment, perform low to high voltage work (24 VDC to 480 VAC), and use multimeters and mega testers to diagnose problems.
+ Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct weekly preventative maintenance, build and repair electrical panels, and perform mechanical work when electrical work is unavailable.
+ Problem Diagnosis and Part Replacement: Locate sources of problems using precision measuring and testing instruments, remove defective parts with hoists, cranes, and tools, and adjust functional parts using hand tools and precision instruments.
+ Fabrication and Assembly: Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts, assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical/electronic components, and use cutting torches or welding equipment to join metal parts.
+ Tool Utilization: Use a range of tools from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical/electronic testing devices.
+ Inventory and Documentation: Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, document and communicate actions and needs among work teams, and control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical troubleshooting
+ Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, including touchscreens, changing values and bits, and installs
+ Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams
+ Experience with electrical systems: 480V AC, switchgear, 24V DC, 110V AC
+ Controls troubleshooting with a multimeter
+ Knowledge of power factor correction systems
+ Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
+ Experience with 3-phase motors
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with preventive maintenance
+ Experience with industrial welding
+ Knowledge of conveyor systems and motors
+ Ability to perform maintenance on air compressors, silos, and hydraulic equipment

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
