**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Maitenance Technician in a Food packaging environment. Below are some responsibilites of our maitenance technicians!
+ Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance related to equipment, including inspecting, operating, or testing machinery or equipment to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
+ Machinery/components include 3 phase motors, gear boxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, packaging equipment.
+ Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance
+ such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other preventive maintenance tasks.
+ Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and/or parts catalogs as necessary.
+ Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
+ Ability to maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, including control field devices, contactors, starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, HMIs, interlock safety devices, etc.
+ Review and complete work orders timely, conducting necessary maintenance or repairs as needed.
+ Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times and ensure all Maintenance Personnel are following LOTO procedures at all times.
**Essential Skills**
+ Industrial Maintenance Experience
+ Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v
+ Mechanical experience on hydraulics, gear boxes, and conveyors
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Troubleshooting mechanical systems
+ Conveyor maintenance
+ Electrical troubleshooting
+ Mechanical troubleshooting
+ Industrial maintenance experience
+ PLC troubleshooting
+ Reading and understanding schematics
**Shift & Pay**
+ 1st shift from 6:00am - 2:30pm
+ 2nd shift from 2:00pm - 10:30pm
+ 3rd shift from 10:00pm - 6:30am.
+ Example schedules rotate over a four-week period, with varying days on and off
+ **$25-$35 based on experience**
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position is around 20 minutes southeast of New Castle, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

**Workplace Type**
