**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 1st shift multi-craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including CNC brake presses, turrets, lasers, powder coating machines, tube mills, and shears. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with significant movement and activity. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, basic electrical troubleshooting abilities, and, ideally, some experience with PLC troubleshooting. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical troubleshooting on various equipment such as CNC brake presses, turrets, lasers, powder coating machines, tube mills, and shears. + Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment. + Perform basic electrical troubleshooting as needed. + Assist with PLC troubleshooting and understand ladder logic. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical troubleshooting skills + Experience with preventative maintenance + Basic electrical troubleshooting skills + Understanding of PLC troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to understand ladder logic for PLC troubleshooting **Why Work Here?** Join a family-oriented team where you will work in a pristine, 400,000 square foot facility.
