**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance on machines that manufacture Gun Safes. This role requires candidates with basic mechanic experience, including wrench turning, preventative maintenance, and routine maintenance. Ideal candidates may have a certificate or some prior maintenance experience. **Responsibilities** + Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. + Conduct tooling and routine tune-ups. + Perform other tasks assigned by leadership. + Work with a sense of urgency to reduce machine downtime. **Essential Skills** + Basic maintenance knowledge + Previous experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or in a related field + Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail + Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment + Understanding and use of proper PPE + Good attendance record **Work Environment** This role operates in a production manufacturing shop.
