**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Aerotek is hiring for a plastic injection molding manufacturer creating custom parts for clients. They are a small local company with a great family culture. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to work on our 1st shift long term. This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and robots. The role includes performing light electrical work such as sensor adjustments, troubleshooting sensors, and undertaking small electrical projects like installing outlets. Additionally, the technician will handle all mechanical duties such as changing motors and gearboxes, and must have a full understanding of the inputs and outputs of PLC systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and robots. + Conduct light electrical work including sensor adjustments and troubleshooting. + Complete small electrical projects such as installing outlets. + Handle mechanical duties such as changing motors and gearboxes. + Understand and work with the inputs and outputs of PLC systems. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to read blueprints/schematics. + General hardware knowledge. + Experience with PLCs (understanding of inputs and outputs, no programming required). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Injection molding experience is a plus. + Skills in troubleshooting, hydraulics, repair, and preventive maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer an awesome and supportive team culture confirmed by multiple former employees.
