**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **$35-$40/hour** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical skillset with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of manufacturing equipment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring the reliability of equipment to minimize downtime. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with supervisors and management to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and machinery, electrical instruments and control systems, electrical power systems, and process and piping systems. + Maximize equipment reliability by effectively performing assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. + Ensure complete and effective repairs by proactively initiating work orders based on preventive maintenance observations, measurements, or predictive maintenance reports. + Document all activities, resources used, and appropriate closing codes accurately. **Essential Skills** + Experience in maintenance technician roles. + Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs. + Knowledge of schematics, HVAC systems, blueprints, PLC troubleshooting, welding, and industrial equipment. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting and PLC control systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Join our team for an opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
