Job Description
This is an injection molding facility that produces plastic buckets and lids. The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for preventative and reactionary maintenance on the machines. Typical repairs include swapping out/rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, changing switches, programming switches, and troubleshooting/repairing pneumatic cylinders. While the majority of the work will be mechanical, technicians must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot electrical issues (ranging from 24v-380v).

We offer a $2500 sign-on bonus, free hot dogs every day, multiple engagement activities including catered food, and a performance initiative paid out every fiscal month. Individual incentives include $.50 for perfect attendance and full GDC safety participation. Team incentives include $.50 for greater than 98% delivery and $.75 for meeting minimum performance standards.
Work Environment
This is a very clean, climate-controlled facility with a 2-2-3-2 schedule. Day Shift hours are 7am-7pm, and Night Shift hours are 7pm-7am. There is no mandatory overtime.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
