We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform deep cleaning and preventative maintenance on molds, tooling, fixtures, and other mold components. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as robotics troubleshooting and repair. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring production requirements are met by reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The role requires operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment, and addressing a variety of issues related to the injection mold process and mechanical systems.
ResponsibilitiesPerform deep cleaning and preventative maintenance on molds, tooling, fixtures, and other mold components.Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; robotics troubleshooting and repair.Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Troubleshoot abnormal conditions and perform minor mold repairs to maintain production requirements.Address issues related to the injection mold process, such as machine temperature, water leakage, back pressure in screws, and hydraulic or mold and press issues.Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.Handle molds ranging from 650 to 2700 tons.Essential SkillsHydraulic troubleshooting experience.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.Shift and Pay$25-$38 an hour ($1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift)1st shift (6am-3pm)2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)3rd shift (10:30pm-7am)Why Work Here?Join our team and enjoy a weekly attendance bonus, opportunities for internal promotion, and exceptional benefits, including affordable employee and family healthcare plans. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $46800.00 - $79040.00/yr.
