**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain traditional mechanical systems such as cams, drives, belt, and sheaves drive systems. This role includes preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical systems up to 480v, PLC troubleshooting, and monitoring the lines for any preventative maintenance needs. You will be responsible for creating repair plans, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or electrical failures, and maintaining records of equipment performance and necessary repairs through SAP work requests. This is a direct hire opportunity with numerous chances for growth and cross-training. Premium pay rates also available for direct experience! **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain traditional mechanical systems such as cams, drives, belt, and sheaves drive systems. + Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical systems up to 480v. + Perform PLC troubleshooting. + Monitor production lines for preventative maintenance and initiate work orders. + Create repair plans and troubleshoot or repair any mechanical or electrical failures on the line. + Maintain records of equipment performance, necessary repairs, and downtime via PM’s and SAP work requests. **Required Skills** + Industrial machine maintenance experience + Electrical systems maintenance preferred + Welding or machining experience beneficial but not mandatory + Knowledge of ladder logic or PLC troubleshooting also beneficial but not mandatory **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $69326.00 - $69326.00/yr.
