**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to respond to production floor maintenance calls and ensure the continuous operation of our equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and will be responsible for performing both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Respond to production floor maintenance calls from machine operators on various equipment. + Perform assigned maintenance tasks and machine breakdown repairs to ensure continuous production. + Attend and participate in crew transition meetings and daily meetings with other Maintenance Technicians. + Read blueprints, instruction manuals, and mechanical drawings. + Use measuring instruments such as calipers and multimeters. + Rework and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480-volt 3-phase systems, including blown fuses and rewiring motors under qualified supervision. + Set up and operate various types of production equipment and machine tools, including lathes, mills, and welders, to make or rework required machine parts. + Perform basic PLC troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance technician experience + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical knowledge + Hydraulics and pneumatics experience + Preventive maintenance skills + PLC troubleshooting + 3-phase electrical systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience + Proven problem-solving skills with a mechanical understanding of machinery + Some experience in forklift operations + Ability to use a multi-meter + Basic math and computer skills + Effective communication skills **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans, including 100% employer-paid options.
