**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This role will support the entire plant. You must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. You will provide overall Electrical/Mechanical support in facility and equipment maintenance to minimize equipment/process downtime through effective troubleshooting of problems and preventative maintenance; all while ensuring the safe operation of all equipment/tools. This is an industrial environment and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work in various positions standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs/ladders, as well as work in various weather conditions is required. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as necessary (Hydraulic Presses, Conveyors, Mixing machines, etc.). + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems throughout the operation to minimize downtime. + Support Robotic Control Systems. + Troubleshoot Electrical systems using required 70E PPE and safe work practices. This requires the knowledge and use of PLC’s, Digital Multimeters, Meggers, and all available Electrical testing equipment. + Assist in the implementation of capital projects. + Participate in the improvements of plant equipment to maximize productivity. + Ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork and/or documentation including PM forms, Time log, SAP work orders, Inventory system, etc. + Safely perform all job tasks assigned complying with company procedures and safety policy. + Continually update personal skill set to keep up with technology advancements. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience + Balanced experience in Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting - 480 v and PLC + Hydraulics and Pneumatics - Troubleshooting and Repair + Safety + Computer Skills - MS Office, PLC + Ability to lift up to 70lbs, climb ladders, stairs and stoop/bend as needed in the plant **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with MS Office + Knowledge of PLC systems **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive benefits including High Deductible Plan with HSA - up to $1k company match and PPO Plan.
