**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all machinery within a highly automated bottling and packaging environment. You will be working with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens, overseeing a total of 5 production lines. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting equipment, performing maintenance during machine changeovers, and ensuring the smooth operation of packagers, fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, de-pal, palletizers, and coolers. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and troubleshoot all machinery within the bottling and packaging environment. + Perform maintenance during machine changeovers. + Ensure smooth operation of packagers, fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, de-pal, palletizers, and coolers. + Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley and Siemens. + Oversee and maintain 5 production lines. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience with 480v electrical mechanical systems in a high-speed beverage facility. + Proficiency with PLCs, particularly Allen Bradley and Siemens. + Experience with fillers, coolers, packagers, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, AC/DC motors, and 3-phase motors. + Ability to work with electrical systems at 480v. + 5 years of hands-on electrical mechanical experience in the beverage industry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Krones fillers, Krones labelers Contiroll, KHS packers, Apolo spirals, and Benvco fillers. + Experience with infrastructure systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, and ammonia refrigeration. + Food and beverage manufacturing experience is highly desirable. + Leadership and supervisory experience are encouraged. **Why Work Here?** Join our dynamic team and work in a clean, partially climate-controlled facility that emphasizes safety and quality.
