Maintenance Technician
**Maintenance Technician** **Location:** Baltimore, MD **Pay:** $33/hr | Temp-to-Hire **Job Overview:** We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, fabricating parts, and ensuring all machinery is properly maintained for smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment. + Troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance. + Read blueprints and use precision tools to fabricate parts. + Operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment. + Maintain a schedule for lubricating machinery. + Inspect equipment and report any issues. + Work up to 12-hour shifts as needed. **Requirements:** + Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams. + Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. + Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined or elevated spaces. + Familiar with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout. + Basic computer and math skills. **Additional Details:** + Must wear required safety gear (gloves, steel-toed shoes, hard hat, etc.). + Ability to identify color-coded wires in different lighting conditions. + English proficiency required for safety and communication. **Apply now and bring your maintenance skills to a growing team in Baltimore, MD!** **Pay Details:** $33.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
