**IMMEDIATELY HIRING** in the Delaware County area for a FULL TIME **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** for this manufacturing company. As a Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all of the production equipment onsite. Your primary duties include organizing and determining repair and maintenance procedures, moving and erecting all types of machine tools and equipment for new installations or plant layout changes, and maintaining and repairing milling machinery. There is both electrical and mechanical aptitude that is needed for this role and to be able to complete the repairs needed on the machines. This is a LONG TERM opportunity! Please review the information below and if interested please apply by submitting your resume with the best contact information for us to reach out and speak further about this opportunity and next steps in the hiring process. **Responsibilities** + Organize and determine repair and maintenance procedures, priorities, and proceed with minimum supervision or direction. + Move and erect all types of machine tools and equipment for new installations or plant layout changes. + Maintain and repair milling machinery. + Perform electrical maintenance from fault diagnosis to replacement of spindle and axis motors, power supplies, drive modules and cards, connectors, proximity switches, etc. + Repair and troubleshoot pneumatics, controllers, relays, motors, transformers, power supplies, etc. + Rebuild certain parts such as motors rather than just ordering new ones. + Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubles, including repairs and replacement of monitors, controls, switches, devices, etc. + Replace fitting bearings, bushings, O-rings, gears, shafts, etc., using a broad range of hand and machine tools. + Calibrate all production equipment. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + General troubleshooting + Maintenance technician skills + Pneumatics + Repair + Hydraulics + Preventive maintenance **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
