**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for touring critical spaces each morning to review for alarms, fluid leaks, and anything out of order. You will oversee generator rooms, fuel pump rooms, and assist with kitchen area maintenance alongside the head chef, particularly focusing on appliances. You will also be responsible for servicing equipment such as air filters, heat pumps, water filters (sink and refrigerators), lamps, ballasts, and plumbing parts such as gaskets and cartridges. **Responsibilities** + Tour critical spaces each morning to check for alarms, fluid leaks, and any discrepancies. + Oversee the maintenance of generator rooms and fuel pump rooms. + Assist with kitchen area maintenance in collaboration with the head chef, focusing on appliance repairs. + Check in with staff each morning after completing initial checks. + Service equipment including air filters, heat pumps, water filters, lamps, ballasts, and various plumbing parts. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Experience with BMS (Building Management System) + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) + Knowledge of office generators and fuel pump systems + Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills + Experience with alarm systems + 2-4 years of commercial office experience + Base building maintenance experience + Knowledge of plant equipment + Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repair skills + Inventory management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with a work order CMMS system + Experience with inventory management and ordering parts + Comfortable commuting via public transportation **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers the chance to work with a Fortune 500 company once you become a permanent employee.
