**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and electronics diagnostics, and be able to repair production equipment. The role requires operating and maintaining shop machinery, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ensuring a safe working environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow all applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines while performing job duties.
+ Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronics diagnostics using various indicators, gauges, and test equipment.
+ Repair mechanical and electronic production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing defective components.
+ Set up and operate shop machinery and hand tools such as drill press, grinders, band saws, cutting torch, and welder.
+ Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment as needed.
+ Operate forklift and aerial platform lift to perform maintenance tasks.
+ Troubleshoot and program VFDs and PLCs.
+ Support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the Company.
+ Adjust valving and equipment safely in steam systems and boiler operations.
+ Utilize a computer for research on parts or repairs, looking up manuals for equipment, and operate a CMMS for inventory and work order tracking.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical and electrical diagnostics proficiency.
+ Preventive maintenance knowledge.
+ Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting skills.
+ PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.
+ Electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.
+ Ability to navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Possession of a Journeyman card, certificate, degree, or equivalent training and experience.
+ Basic computer skills: MS Office, Windows.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in an industrial maintenance setting.
+ Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
+ Strong organizational skills and self-starter motivation.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Capability to train and support team members to build a proficient team.

**Job Type & Location**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
